I work with adults in individual therapy, one to one and/or at a distance with video conference.  Each treatment is different, and its duration depends on several factors such as:  the childhood lived, the ability of the person to face adversity, his/her nervous system, the duration and severity of the traumatic event, the experience with previous traumas, the help and emotional and social support received during and after the trauma.  Regardless of the reason for the consultation is important to attend and listen to the suffering, because a hidden pain produces anxiety, depression, lack of concentration, irritability, fear, body pains, suffering, problems in our relationships and other symptoms.

In therapy, when the person begins to look at himself (his battles, his own memories), and begins to give a voice to his emotions in such a way that the person does not feel overwhelmed, will allow the present and the future not to be conditioned by the past and it can begin to flow.  You will have control over his self and his life.  There is change in the memory system in the structure of the nervous system putting in motion the own healing mechanism.
